Details:
Senior Land Use Planner Professional degree in Urban & Regional Planning and full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) is required with a minimum of 7 years diverse public and private sector work experience. Excellent verbal, design, report-writing and graphic communication with public facilitation skills are a must; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and desktop publishing and graphics programs (e.g. Photoshop) required; knowledge of GIS an asset. Demonstrated leadership, project management and business development skills – able to complete assignments on time and within budget and supervise technical execution of work.
